Our goal is to simplify technology concepts for our clients and improve their working relationship with connected devices. As an advocate for Digital Inclusion, we proactively serve older adults - a demographic which is large and influential, but regularly left out, when it comes to technology.
This brings to mind terms like, “Digital Divide,” and “generational gap.” Our friends and family members often don’t have the extra time (or patience) necessary to truly help our elders understand current technology, and how it affects their everyday lives.
